What do I get with a free basic account?
You can write your own blog, upload fan photos, send private messages to other members, comment on news and blogs, and sign up for the Jack’s Mannequin E-mail list.

What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?
Please note the following minimum system requirements:
1. Operating System: Windows Vista, XP Mac OS 10.4 and above
2. Web Browser:
a. Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher which can be downloaded for free here.
b. Safari 2.0 or higher, which can be downloaded here.
c. Firefox 2, which can be downloaded here.
3. Media Player: Flash 9 player can be downloaded here.

What if I forgot my password?
1. Click 'Forgot Your Password?" in LOGIN section of the Home Page
2. Enter your Username or e-mail address
3. Click 'E-Mail New Password'
4. You will get an e-mail with a new one-time-use password sent to your email address. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password and you’re done

I registered but cannot Log In. It keeps saying Access Denied?
1. Make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered.
2. Try logging out of the site. clear out your cookies and cache in your web browser tools and then Log In again. This should clear the problem.

I never received my confirmation e-mail after registering?
Please check your Spam box – the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address The confirmation e-mail was sent to the address you entered on the registration page.

How do I edit my Personal Information?
1. LOG IN or SIGN UP
2. Click on MY ACCOUNT
3. Click EDIT
4. Click PERSONAL INFORMATION and then edit your full name, date of birth, gender and/or zip code.

How do I edit my Account Settings?
1. LOG IN or SIGN UP
2. Click on 'My Account'
3. Click 'Edit'
4. Choose 'Account Setting'
5. Edit your Location (address), E-mail address, Password, Profile Picture, Private Message settings, Signature and/or Contact settings.

How do I comment on news, videos and blogs?
1. Log In or Register
2. Click 'Comments' by the News item, Video and/or Blog you want to comment on
3. Click 'Add Comment'
4. If a comment hasn't been posted yet, click 'Add New Comment'
5. If you want to Reply To a Posted Comment, click 'Reply' by the comment you want to reply to

How do I cancel my account?
Send us a request to delete your account via Report An Issue or Private Message. *Be sure to include your username and/or email on the account.
