My favorite weekend snack.
Lately I’ve been obsessively eating this. Living in California we’re happily spoiled with ripe, creamy, nutty avocados year-round.
My husband first turned me on to this little concoction and now we all eat it in my house for breakfast or a quick snack.
Enjoy!
What you’ll need:
Cinnamon raisin toast or cinnamon raisin English muffins -this subtle sweetness is important for the end result
Butter- self explanatory
sliced ripe avocado-about 1 half avocado per slice of bread
kosher salt
pepper
garlic salt
and lemon pepper
Toast the bread and slather with butter until melted. Arrange the sliced avocado on top. Sprinkle with seasonings. This differs depending on how you like yours to taste. Play around with it. My husband just puts lemon pepper on his. I just put garlic salt on mine and my daughter puts both.

This is also one of my faves. But with no butter at all. That makes the avocado slippery which lessen its spoiled crispiness I want to enjoy. One nice style though. Thanks for the share! ~Marla Ahlgrimm
