Its so hard to choose just one, but if I had too. It would be, "All You Wanted". I just love the song, the lyrics are beautiful, everybody interprets songs differently. I remembered when i first heard it. I purchased her album with my mother back in 2001, I was just starting junior year. You know every high school has there clicks. Well I was the type of girl who wanted to get along with EVERYBODY. So i floated from click to click. Didn't have many friends, was raised by a single parent and no siblings. So music was a big type outlet for me, and still is. When I first heard the song it felt like she was singing to me. "If you want to, I can save you, I can take you away from here, so lonely inside, so busy out there, and all you wanted was somebody to cares". I know it sounds weird...but with everything that was going thats what helped me get through hard times. Knowing one day I will find my happy place and someone who cares. Now almost ten years later...
