Just surfing the Web today when I bumped into news about the
Selena gomez clothing line. I talked about the Miley Cyrus clothing line in my last post and I wonder if this is a trend? I think celebrities are now trying to diversif their earnings based on the downturn we are seeing in both music and movie sales. So, stars now need to think how to retain their revenue given the drop in the above.
I wonder how all these is affecting our Michelle Branch. Is she thinking about how to spread her earnings to non music related area. I wonder if a clothing line makes sense for her. It might not given the kind of fan base that she has. While Selena has very young fans who wouldn't think a second to buying her clothes, I wonder if Michelle's fans will be that eager.
